Cancellation / Health & Safety Policy
Please take note of our current policies, these policies are in place to ensure the smooth operating of our
salon/day spa so that all of our clients can enjoy a memorable and relaxing experience.
As we reserve time specifically for your treatments for popular treatment times/days and longer appointments
we may require you to pay a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this allows time for consultation.
Arriving late to your appointment may mean a reduction in treatment time or full cancellation/no show if the
treatment can't be performed in full.
Cancellations/No Shows/Amendments/Late Arrival:
We have a 24hr cancellation policy –
Booked treatments cancelled on arrival - will incur 100% of treatment(s) cost.
No Shows & Cancelled appointments 0-24hr before appointment - will incur 100% of treatment(s) cost.
Late Arrival (more than 10-15min) - appointment will be considered voided and "no show" charges will apply,
We endeavour to send a courtesy reminder txt 48hrs prior to your appointment but
PLEASE NOTE - It is your responsibility to remember your booking.
Many of our clients (re)book well in advance -
Should you need to reschedule pre-booked appointments on a regular basis please don't be
offended if we ask you to start booking in closer to the time the appointment is required.
Whilst we love children dearly our policy strictly prohibits toddlers/children in the salon/day spa.
(Exceptions for babies/infants secured in capsules/prams may be made with prior arrangement).
We accept Cash, Eftpos, Internet Banking, Visa, Mastercard & Oxipay for purchases over $199.
We ask that you turn your phone “off” or on “silent” during the duration of your treatment for total RELAXATION.
At the time of your booking please quote your voucher number.
Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be presented on arrival of your appointment.
Please keep your voucher in a safe place - stolen or lost vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Vouchers can be redeemed for salon treatments and product purchases at normal retail price only - not valid with any other offer.
Cancellations/No Shows/Amendments/Late Arrival Policy applies.
All Gift Vouchers have a 9 month Expiry from date of purchase.
