Please take note of our current policies,
these policies are in place to ensure the smooth operating of our salon so that all of our clients can enjoy a memorable and relaxing experience. 

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, this allows time for consultation.
Arriving late to your appointment may mean a reduction in treatment time or full cancellation/no show if the treatment

can't be altered or performed in full. 
 

PAYMENT

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Internet Banking, Visa, Mastercard, Humm & After Pay. 

CHILD SAFETY

Whilst we love children dearly our policy strictly prohibits toddlers/children in the salon/day spa.


PHONES

We ask that you turn your phone “off” or on “silent” during the duration of your treatment for total RELAXATION.

PARKING/DISABILITY ACCESS

We have offer 12 car parks right outside the front of our salon, disability access including wheel chair access is available. 
If you require wheel chair access please let us know when you're booking in and on arrival so that our team can assist you

 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time. If 24 hours notice isn’t given or you simply don't show up you will be charged 100% of the booked appointment.

CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS & REFUND POLICY

If you find that you need to cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour cancellation window you can either choose to reschedule your appointment to a later date or you may cancel your appointment. If you choose to cancel, the deposit attached to your appointment booking will automatically convert to an account credit with us to be used on any treatments or products at a later date - credits do not carry an expiry date. If you would prefer a refund please email us at massageme@xtra.co.nz, please note that all refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee.
 
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

Many of our clients (re)book well in advance - should you need to reschedule pre-booked appointments on a regular basis
please don't be offended if we ask you to start booking in closer to the time the appointment is required.


GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
At the time of booking please quote your gift voucher number.

This voucher is valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Massage Me & Beautify You is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers, lost/stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. This voucher is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash and must be presented on arrival of your appointment. Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or promotion. Cancellation & No Show Policy applies to all gift voucher bookings.
